Warranty

1. What Does This Warranty Cover?

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or if the recipient is unavailable during delivery hours, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for collection. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

2. What's Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

•    Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, scuffs).

•    Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

•    Incidental or consequential damage (e.g., damage to personal property inside the suitcase).

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your Xplore product, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@xploreluggage.com with proof of purchase, swing tag and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide photographs of the damage or defect to help us assess your claim.
3. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your suitcase free of charge, subject to the terms of this warranty.

Airline or third-party damage: Xplore is not responsible for damage caused by airlines or other third parties. If your suitcase is damaged during transit, we recommend contacting the airline or carrier directly to file a claim.

4. Additional Information

This warranty is valid for original purchases only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to process any claims.
